Unable to login to traces

I have registered my PAN number on Traces website. But now I have forgot password for the said account. Whenever i try to reset my password using traces forget password link for taxpayer the error comes as "invalid details" even though I am mentioning all the details correctly. How can i reset my password?

COntact TRACES helpline nos. They will help u out.

Use the option "OTP Pin". -Registered email id and mobile number. You will see ur registered email id as abxxxxxxxp @ gmail.com and mobile number as 99xxxxxx05. If u are still using these u can access ur account.

But if you have already used the above option, the security answer option, bank account number and 26AS option without success, You might have to use the option of paying a small amt of tax online for AY 2014-15 and then providing the challan number etc
