Unable to get id/password for login into ca exam online form

I created my New User ID to file my online exam form for CA Final Exam Nov'12 attempt. While creating my New User ID I mentioned my Phone Number correctly on which I am not getting the details of Login ID and Password. I had erroneously mentioned my Email Id by mistake. Hence, I am unable to get my login ID and Password. If I am going for re-registration, a message appears that I am already registered and when I am going for Fogot Password Option, New Password is Sent to my wrong Email Id which I can not access. I am calling on the numbers given on ICAI website but it is continously engaged on another call. I have also sent mail to the Helpline IDs mentioned on ICAI website.

Please do the needful or suggest me what am I required to do now.

Fill the form physically. How come you enter erroneous email id twice. A mistake of yours will now cost you 500bucks.

Kindly call on the toll free no mentioned on the site or mail at the address given on exam site

I thank all of you for helping me out for my query.

I just received mail from ICAI helpine containing the Login Id and Password I needed. I have successfully filled my exam form.

Once again, Thank You for taking keen interest in my problem.

i created a new user id for tat iit and orientation program i forgot my password ..so i clicked the option "forgot my password" they send me a link to my mail id which contained a link.I clicked that link after that I'm receiving a error msg saying AUTHENTICATION FAILED.now wat to do??..please help me friends
