Unable to file gstr 3b

Hi i have filed GSTR 1 and GSTR 2 for the month of JULY but not filed GSTR 3B before that..now i am trying and failed to save, display message " Error saving " .  Am i file GSTR 3B for JULY ?

Due to that i am unable to file GSTR 3B for AUGUST also...please advise.

please file 3b of July, August,sep immediately as also late fee waived of

You have to file GSTR-3B for July then only you can file GSTR-3B for August....

In the Section 5.1 make sure you have inputted zero values and save it.
I did the same.

No you can't edit it.

You can't edit GSTR-3B once it is submitted....

After submmiting you can't edit it..
