Unable to edit /delete invoices in offline utility

I have downloaded the processed file from gstn portal.

The file needs deletion of duplicate entries,while trying to delete the invoices i do get a success message,however the invoices are not deleted from offline utility.

is this an error with local system or issue with offline utility.

I am unable to file my returns due to this issue.

Please help.

Before download and upload offline tool delete previous all datas in Offline tool for the particular month details...

only flag of deletion will be apply on that invoice if you upload json file portal will allocate the flag ""D"" from json and delete the invoice itself.
if you want to see the effect of your taken action generate file and open in notepad search for such invoice and see if there flag "D" or not.
