I have filed TDS return at TIN center 3 days back for the 3rd quarter of F.Y.2012-13. Now I am unable to download Form 16/16A from NSDL website. Does this service temporary discontinued or any other way?

friend there is certain issue regarding site, me too not able to download the same.
