Unable to apply e-kyc based pan for my child

Hi. I am trying to apply for a PAN for my minor child using his aadhaar but I am not able to select the e-kyc option in pan application website. Please help. Is it working? https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.H T M L Only offline document submission radio button is enabled. e-KYC and e-Sign radio buttons are disabled.
