Audit last date is 31 Oct and the udin generation valid time is only for 1 month and in case of company we have to mention the audit date 01/09/2019. but the statements finalization is done by 22 October.
so how will we generate udin for company, or what date should I put in audit report.

UDIN IS EFFECTIVE FROM 1ST JULY ...SO MAKE THE BALANCE SHEET DATE AS 30/6/2019 SO UDIN IS NOT REQUIRED THEN.
