DO I need to generate UDIN for NIL LLP return?
Also, Is tax audit date for individuals 30th DEC or 31ST jan?
Pls guide. Thanks.

UDIN is always on a every document which is certified by the CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS.
also the due date for the person for whom normal due date is 31st july shall be 31st December and for the person whose due date is 30th October i.e.person required for audit or company etc. shall be 1st january 2021
