Bank transaction RS. 120 lacs, but GST shows only RS.75 lacs balance RS.45 lacs how I show turnover sir. he doing transport with material. he billed only material only. please help me sir

Firstly you cannot adopt sec. 44AD, when having any business under sec. 44AE.
Secondly try to match the turnover to actual supply date and in case it is necessary, revise return; or be ready for consequences.
