2. TDS Payable (Whether will be allowed as deduction if paid within due date of filing return)

u/S 43b only employer's contribution is allowed as deduction if paid before due date of filling return. Employyes's contribution will be aloowed only when it is paid with in due date prescribed under PF act and not income tax act.
In TDs is deducted in month of march and paid before due date of filling return, expense will be allowed in same year. But TDS payable of any month other than march will be allowed as deduction in the year in which TDS is paid
