sales from AP (gst registration in AP) billing address AP but shipping to tamilnadu.
in the above case what type of GST will applicable SGST & CGST OR IGST

GST depends on supply destination based , so u can put IGST on ur invoice.

in case where shipping is out of state apply igst.
