always people(young students) at this age faces two problems and they get themselves diverted from main course
the first problem is related to celibacy and the second is related to sleeping disorder at nights.we can definately overcome this if we follow the following two mantras early in the morning and before going to bed in the night.
1-om aaryamaaye namah(for protecting oneself from evil thoughts)
2-shudhe shudhe mahayogini mahanidrey swaha(to have peaceful sleep)
scientific view-energy can neither be created nor can be destroyed its only gets transformed from one form to another.
spritual view-whatever enegy we give up return to us in the same form but with much greater momentum
mantras are the positive vibrations,as soon as its come out from our vocal it reaches to the universe and same enrgy(postive) enters into our life.
