question:
trader cloth and readymade business in individual status(un registered dealer) and medicals stores business in huf status (un registered dealer) maintained allowed in gst and I.t. act.
Turnover from both the business put together should not exceed 40 lakhs.( 20 LAKHS for certain states )
Also there should not be any sales outside state,otherwise you need to register under GST.
NEED TO FILE I.T. RETURN IF GROSS INCOME ABOVE 2.5 LAKHS
