YOU are advised to obtain a photo copy of these PAN Cards.
Some are over smart. As normally one thinks under these circumstances he may not be having 2 Nos. He may be giving you the PAN No. of another (his family Member) taking advantage of your innocence.
Thus you can not decide to use only one (which one) and leave the rest.
If , while doing so you may ignore the PAN No. of the person who is giving service to you and use the other dummy 's no.
This is all unncessary nuisance.

Check the jurisdiction of the PAN from incometax website.
