TWO GST REGISTRATIONS IN SAME STATE
My client having bakery business. and the registration is under compassion scheme. few days ago he has opened another branch. we have add this as a branch. now he want separate GST For the branch instead of branch. is it possible?

Fresh gst registration is not required.
If u r using same PAN in 2 branches or business within the same state then u will not need any registeration for gst, but if u want to consider as different business then u have to take another gst with different trade name.
