There is Director, he has already been allotted DIN, but by mistake he got another DIN ,,, Pls guide me procedure

As per section 155 of Companies Act, 2013 there is prohibition to obtain more than 1 DIN and contravention of the above provision would attract both civil and criminal liability against the person who has obtained more than one DIN.
So , if somebody has obtained more than one DIN then he should surrender the DIN and should file the prescribed form with ROC for surrender of DIN.
