My client has having two different PANs and also linked with bank accounts.
Now what is the procedure to close one PAN card.
Kindly advice me at earliest.

Surrender one pan immediately, on NSDL portal online...
The procedure is similar to application of duplicate pan..

Visit local AO and it may be easy to close the duplicate PAN
