When there is two different view on same issue then what to do in the assessment proceedings before the assessing officer???the view which favours the assessee shall be followed is there any settled law to support such statement?? Do reply pls it's urgent..

If There Is Two Different View By High Court Means Suppose Gujarat High Court View Is Different Then Mumbai High Court Then In Mumbai You Have To Follow Mumbai High Court Decision And In Gujarat You Have To Follow Gujarat High Court Decision
