Expenses allowed only for 2 children for tuition fees payable to university, college, school or any other educational institution situated in India for the purpose of full-time education.

No it will not be allowed as a deduction u/s. 80C.
Sec.80C (2) (xvii) as tuition fees (excluding any payment towards any development fees or donation or payment of similar nature), whether at the time of admission or thereafter,—
(a) to any university, college, school or other educational institution situated within India;
(b) for the purpose of full-time education of any of the persons specified in sub-section (4);

As per provision of 80C : Tution fees (excluding any payment towards any development fees or donation or payment of similar nature) to any unverssity ,college,school or other education institution situated within india for the purpose of full time education of any two children of individual.
so tution fees paid to private tutorial is not allowed.

Private tution fee is not allowed u/s 80 c. Only tution fee should be regular School college of full time etc. only two Childern fee are allowed.
