Payment of tution fees by an individual assessee at the time of admission or thereafter to any university, college, school, or other educational institutions within india for the purpose of full-time education of any two children  of the individual. this benefit is only for the amount of tution fees for full-time education and shall not include any payment towards development fees or donation or payment of similar nature and payment made for education to any institution situated outside india.

yes, we can claim upto Rs.100000 . Provided that  amount should paid during the previous year . But is there any limit for children, i dont think so. Limit for two children is only for salaried individuals know.

 yes maximum amount of investment is rs 100000/- under section 80C 

BUT WHEN YOU ARE TAKING OTHER  DEDUCTION UNDER SECTIONS 80CCC AND 80CCD 

THEN

AS PER SECTION 80CCE THE AMOUNT OF SECTION 80C , 80CCC, 80CCD CANNOT EXCEEDS 100000/-

Yes, An Individual can claim deduction of tution fees but subject to limit Rs. 1.00 Lac including deduction u/s 80C, 80CCC & 80CCD. But only two children are eligible for deduction of Tution fees

hi

tuition fees allowed the u/s 80C allowed upto Rs.100000/-subject to condition you can claim only tuition  fees not for bus fees and special fees and computer fees it is mentioned in the receipt you should consider tuition fees only not for any other special fees etc....
