the one wh u r talkin abt is not tuition fees (2nd sentce)....dat is education allowance....dis allowance is given irrespective of any expenditure incurred!!!!

It is Rs. 100000/ under 80C , for two childrens of the tax payer , ( no deduction is available on education fee for self & spouse )
