Can any one explain that how can we capitalise 'tution fee receipts' since we are an educational institution i.e. , how can we treat tution fee income as capital income and not revenue income?

Tution fees are normaly current year income and revenue in nauture can not capitalis . please confirm with others also

tution fees which is received by the educational institutions are considered as income for their services. so it is purely revenue nature.
