step1: organisation has to intimate the information about the fees which is to be pay. Prepare an voucher with following descripttion and handed voer to the parents. voucher in triplicate . 1. student copy 2. college copy 3. banker copy
like tution fees 700
library fees 100
Sports Fees 200
Total 1000
Step 2: parent will pay the amount in the organisation bank account. banker will acknowledge the payment. and handed over to 2 copies to the parent.
step 3: Parent has to submit one copy to the organisation.
step 4: organisation has to maintain the student records with proper acknowledgement.

it will become more difficult for the guardians as now they need to go two different places to submit the fees...

other wise you can collect college copy from banker, but on daily basis.
then you can reduce the burden of guardians.

if the organisation is big, then follow this method which is specified to reduce the burden to collect fees from students.
if organisation is small and medium level, better to collect th fees in the organisation itself.
