if i don't know abou my turnovr and i opted for monthly return....but if turnover not abov 1.5cr then how's step... i have to pay panelty ya????

HI,
Accordingly the portal is requesting assesses to select as below.
- Whether your aggregate turnover during FY 2016-2017 was upto Rs. 1.5Crores?:
If you have registered after 1st July 2017, do you expect your aggregate turnover during FY 2017-2018 to be upto Rs. 1.5Crores?
If turnover less than 1.5 Crores – Please select Yes in given option. In case of new assesses registered after 1st July if turnover expected to be below 1.5 Crores please select yes in the given option. (Refer Image-1 below)
1.If selected Yes, one more option will be enabled to select whether to file monthly or quarterly. Please select monthly or quarterly at your preference. (Refer Image 2 below)
2.If selected No, the system automatically selects monthly filing of returns.
Note: Once submitted no further modification can be done.
If you will be filed on Due date then penalty is not required to pay whether you select as Monthly wise or Quarterly.
