whether 9 months Turnover limit to be considered or for whole year? As per clarification issued yesterday

as per clarification issued yesterday turnover for the period july 2017 to March 2018 will be considered for 9C

yes July to March only. April to June is not turnover under gst at all.

As per cbic clarification turnover of apr 17 to mar 18 should be taken into consideration If it was more than 2cr u need to file gstr 9cIn gstr 9c u will have a column to specify TO of apr-jun
