can any one tell me with supporting provision of income tax act whether turnover includes indirect taxes incl gst for determining threshold of 2 crores ?
Is it compulsory to include gst in total turnover even if not credited to PL account?
No, Turnover not includes taxes like GST
If Turnover Rs. 2 crore without adding GST then Audit required under section 44AB
