Turnover For TAN Registration

What is the Turnover limit for Registration of TAN for Propritorship firm with 1 employee whose salary is Rs.25,000 per month.

tan registartion is not based on turnover. You can apply directly if required.
But if you were liable for tax audit in last f. year , you are supposed to comply tds provision in current Fy., in such cases you must have tan.

Also , as you said salary is 25K /- per month and employee does not have any tax saving investments you have to deduct tax from salary , in such case you must apply for tan

Sir, my turnover is between Rs. 8 lakhs to Rs. 12 lakhs only for the last 7 years and I am not covered under Section 44AB for tax audit.

One employee is working with me to whom I am giving salary of Rs.25,000.

Requested to clarify.
