turnover for composition

is a proprietorship hospital having separate medical store on same pan can apply for composition as turnover of medical store is less than 75 lacs but including hospitals receipts it's crosses 1 cr

please answer with explanation and section wise

section 2(6) of CGST Act tells the definition of aggregate turnover. It tells that aggregate turnover includes all kinds of supply affected by a person having the same PAN.
section 10 of cgst act tales about the composition scheme. There you can see that for availing composition scheme the turnover should be below 75 lacs to a person having the same PAN.
in your case for calculating aggregate turnover you should add both the turnover of the hospital and the medical store because it has the same pan number.
since your aggregate turnover is more than 75 lacs you are not eligible to opt for composition scheme.
