The Turnover Limit to File GSTR 9C is 2 crore for 2017 - 18. Is the Turn Over Limit 2 Crore Includes VAT Period turn over. Please clarify and if any notification available please attach for my reference.

as per press release 3rd july from gst turn over doesnot include vat turn over.

For filing GSTR-9C Reconciliation Statement and Audit Report, the turnover limit of Rs. 2 crore will be reckoned from the period July 2017 to March 2018.
The same has also been clarified by the Government by way of Press Release.
