'Turn Key" the name is very logical.. turn the key and the work is stareted.. in turn key project, the whole project is completed by one Comapny/contractor and the same is handed over to his respective client.

e.g. toll bridge.. it is constructeed by someone and then handed over to someone for maintenace.. ohter examples are constructon of bridges etc
