Whether an assessee can claim Tuition fees as deduction under 80 C for his own PG course ?

No.
As per Sec.80C(2)(xvii) read with Sec.80C(4)(c), the amount of tution fees as paid for any two children of the individual is only eligible for deduction.!

No...Tution fees for self cannot be claimed....
The amount of tution fees paid for his children (maximum two children) of the individual is only eligible for deduction.

Is Tution fees for child studying in Playschool/Nursery allowed for deduction, if school receipt clearly mention some amount as tution fees.
