A Assessee paid tuition fee for his Daughter for BE (CSE) Rs. 47000.

The Fees is eligible for Deduction under Income Tax...?

only tuition fees can be claimed... not any other fees such as capitation fees, lab fees etc

yes u can claim deduction under section 80 c
