is shown while filing income tax return how to deal it
it's considered yes or not and it's mandatory
pls anyone guide
While filing ITR normally under section 139, that is not applicable............. Only when filed after getting permission from JCIT under sec 119(2B)/92CD.... that is tabbed as 'YES'
