Dear Friends

I have a query regarding TRUST.

My friend who is a Government employee in Tamil Nadu is plainning to register a Private Charitable Trust.

1. Can he become the Managing Trustee? Is it legal?
2. Does it affect his career anyway?

Dear arjunam I think there is no such restriction on trustees and this will not effect his career. I suggest you to see more replies.
