where a trust registered u/s 12a and 80g did not file its return within due date what will be the consequence.
will its total receipt or the the surplus of amount will be taxable ?

yes it is taxable...return is required to be filed if total income before claiming deduction u/s 11 and 12 exceeds basic exemption limit ...return is to filed u/s139(4A)..
