Whenever I try to file return ITR 5 for trust (whose taxable income is below exemption limit), the utility calculates 30% as tax on the surplus fund..

Trust is not yet registered under 12A/80G

Their total donation received during the financial year is ₹.11000/- ..No other receipts.

please clarify
