The Trust is not registered u/s 12a and 80g. It is giving the cottages on rent, food and spa services. Guide me about its taxability

For trust it is first and foremost prudent practise to get them registered as activities of the particular institutions cannot be commenced without registartion. If the trust is carrying its activities without registartion or submitting the registartion process it would be taxable and no benefit could be availed which are provided to such instituions.
