Distribution of capital amount amoung beneficiaries owner is taxable.
wht are the relevant section will affect.

MOST OF THE TRUST CASES IF THE TRUST AVAILED EXEMPTION U/S.11, THE CAPITAL AMOUNT CAN'T BE DISTRIBUTE TO BENEFICIERS OWNERS. THE ENTIRE CAPITAL AMOUNT CAN BE TRANSFERED TO ANOTHER SAME MOTIVATION
TRUST ONLY.
