This is Vishnu, we have one trust registered under the trust act, and also we have 80G, 12AA, CSR-1 and FCRA registrations.
Now we are planning to Register under GST. Can we register under GST as a trust?

Under the GST Act, not all services provided by a Trust registered under Section 12AA would be termed as a charitable activity.
If service provided by a trust for consideration would be liable for tax under GST.
