We have already submitted TRNS 1. Now is it possible to make modifications and resubmit?

Go to TRAN form and use edit option then fill your required details....

But keep in mind modification is allowed once only.

I think the correction option is not enabled yet. I could not find edit option as my TRAN1 is already submitted.
