What is the last date of submission of TRN-1, If I don't to adjust any stock input credit with my current liability for the month of July and August in 3B.
Last date for filling trans 1 is 28 august and if you dont have any liability to be adjust in the current regime then it is not compulsory to fill the trans1
I think it's wrong, I found that if I don't want to adjust any input credit for opening stock in the month of July or August output tax , then I will be submit Trans1, on or before 30th September 17.
