i am in guilty about the procedure for calculation of excess leaves for the purpose of eligibility for nov'08 exams .
if i go by the icai training guide then i am eligible ( by following annexure 2 of the guide ) since it excludes sundays as leave
please friends suggest me your view urgently so that i can make further steps .

According to me if you have cleared cpt in nov 06 or feb 07 than you r eligible.
As per training guide u r eligible than no problem at all.
