What should be the Accounting Treatment of Pre operative Income.Can anyone say??

Hi,
Preoperative expenses are disallowed. If expenses are of capital nature, carry them in the balance sheet as Capital work in progress and then when the projects starts operating transfer them to the respective accounts.
