Please anybody confirm the treatment of expired medicines under GST?

GST will be expensed out since u have to dispose those medicines

If the same has returned to supplier,shall we get the tax amount from them?

Please anybody confirm the treatment of expired medicines under GST?
- If You are retailer or whole saler (except manufacturer) then You can return the medicine to Supplier with Debit note.

If the same has returned to supplier,shall we get the tax amount from them?

- Prepare Debit note and Send the medicine to supplier. Also reverse the ITC in Your next return...
