Treatment of electrical installations.

My company has taken this new office on lease and made expenses on electrical installation(wires,MCB's).they are planning to use this office for 4 or may be 5 years.shall this installation be expensed compleatly in one year, depriciated over the life(practically we wont be continuing with this office that long), or ammortised over the lease period of office.
