Treatment of casual income from serving in other clinic or hospitals..

if a dental practioner earns from serving in other clinics or hospital casually along with his own dental clinic income... will this casual income be taken in gross receipts u/s 44ADA while filling the return..?
... & will this casual income also qualify 50% expenditure u/s 44ADA..?
