My Invoice is Cancelled and I have paid GST on cancelled Invoice in GST 3B & GSTR-1, what should do in this case?

raise of credit not against cancelled invoice
and show in current 3 b and gstr1

Sir, I Have filed GSTR-1 of Nov, can I raise credit note in dec GSTR-1
