Plz tell me wat is Treasury Stocks Maintained by Company?

Treasury stocks are the shares kept by company with itself. It may be either through repurchase form public or may represnt shares not issued. These shares dont have any dividend or voting rights.
Treasury stock can also refer to Govt. securities.
