Travelling time spent on audit

There is no such rules given by ICAI on this issue. I think it should be included because we are going for audit in official purpose not on personal work. It is the time which is spent for the work of the office.

Yes time spent on travel is akin to time spent on audit.
Refer some of the recent ICAI journals for minimum billing rates, one of the clauses includes travel time.
