freight charge by transporter is not attracting gst (due to RCM), is he liable to show freight details i.e freight collected through bilty in GSTR-1, although not paid gst by himself on such freight.

But, Rcm on Freight/Transportation is applicable only for the service received from GTA (Goods Transport Agency).
If Your said freight service received from GTA then Rcm applicable (If the transporter is registered or not under GST). If it's other than GTA then rcm not applicable...
As per Your query I think it's from GTA and You will pay GST Tax under rcm basis. GST payable by recipient of Service...
